(1 hr set up time required. Unavailable Sundays. The average outdoor entertainment area will do, although indoors is recommended for seeing coloured fire. Carpets are fine, we aren't messy!)

​The simple, straight forward party program:
  • 45 minutes set up - party goers can engage with some simple hands-on science Exploratorium as soon as they arrive!
  • a 30-45 minute science show with some truly WONDERFUL science demonstrations, activities and explosions! See rainbow lightning, coloured fire, exploding balloons, liquid nitrogen, and any other special requests on the day.
  • A scientific toy to for each party goer to take home and keep, with another present for the birthday protagonist. We also include a birthday card as a memory of the event. 
  • Any special requests for the day. Got a science topic you like or a special demonstration you need to see? Just let us know before the day!
The party plan with it all!
  • Set up 1 hr before party begins - party goers can engage with the hands-on science Exploratorium as soon as they arrive!
  • A small box of science toys as a present for the party protagonist worth over $40!
  • A 40-60 minute science show with ALL THE BEST demonstrations, activities and explosions! See rainbow lightning, coloured fire, exploding balloons, liquid nitrogen, killer robots, , and any other special requests on the day. It includes an exploding bucket of play pen balls - be sure to warn the neighbours!
  • Scientific experiments and activities for as long as the kids can handle! Depending on interest, including balance birds, friction climbers, and catapults.
  • Dr Joe will stay till late just to make sure the kids get all the science they can handle on the day!

on the day Families are expected to

  • Provide cake, invitations and enough space to party in! (and provide any food for the day - our insurance won't carry it!) We also need water and working power outlets.
  • Relax and have fun while Dr Joe entertains the kids for up to two hours!
  • Not worry about Dr Joe related messes - we'll bring everything we need to keep it clean, safe and fun!
